Jesus Today: Devotions For Kids

This will be the first giveaway I am hosting on my wise. I am entirely pleased that it is this book that I am able to offer to my readers. I have strived to change my life from what it was years ago. To be better woman, wife, and mother. I owe it all to the grace of God and my faith in him. For me... My relationship with Him is very personal. He was the one person that never left me through my darkest days. My faith in Him has been shaken in the past but that was the devil at work. Devotional books like these are what helped me through the worst times, my faith, and prayer.
I have tried to raise my children in a way that they look to Him first and then everything else is secondary. I am happy that I get to share this book with my kids. Cameron my 5-year-old is always full of questions. He wants to know everything just like every other 5-year-old. His brothers were the same way but in just different way. (If that makes sense) They wanted to know everything too yet they were not that curious of the WHY or HOW behind it all. Cameron is different. He wants to know it ALL.He has been asking more about God recently and this book is helping me answer the questions he wants to know and in a way that he will understand and be able to comprehend. So, Cameron and I have added this to our routine. The older boys want to read it at their leisure. Cam and I will read a couple passages a day. It is now the first book my sons and I read in the morning and before going to bed. We have had many enlightening and deep conversations after reading the scriptures and passages. We have grown even closer as a family and stronger in our faith.
I believe this is a really great Devotions book for kids and even for ADULTS who are beginning their journey or rediscovering their relationship with Him. I love the whole look and feel of the book inside and out. The style is playful and trendy and will be a wonderful book for your child to add to their reading list. The suggested age range for this book is 6-10 years of age but I believe it is a book for all ages in my opinion.
